We were founded and operated in Hamilton, Ontario for five years. At the start of the pandemic, we shut down our storefront due to cost constraints, but we’re still here to serve you via email or phone 🙂

Order Guarantee Policy:

Charitees takes pride in the products and services we provide, and stand by the quality of our work.

If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their order due to production defects, they must notify their Charitees sales representative within 1 week of receiving/picking up their order.

Charitees will work directly with the customer to find a solution to the issue, up to and including re-printing the garment(s)/promotional product(s), or offering a Charitees credit.

Charitees cannot offer refunds on custom orders that have already gone to production.

Charitees is NOT responsible for:

  1. Dissatisfaction with the garment(s)/promotional product(s) after artwork approval by the customer.
  2. Dissatisfaction with the size/fit of the garment(s) requested by the customer.
  3. Any changes requested by the customer after the artwork approval (we begin production immediately after approval)

Yes, we do! A crucial part of our ethos is to positively change the world, one shirt at a time. We do that by sponsoring charitable organizations, donating money and apparel to important causes in our community and partnering with school and student organizations. Please find our sponsorship application form under our “About Us” section. 

Charitees is itself a wholesaler and reseller of apparel and promotional products and all of our pricing is based on the quantity ordered. If you would like to develop a relationship with our company beyond that, send us an email and we will be more than happy to discuss a potential partnership.

We offer an extremely wide variety of known brands like Gildan, American Apparel, Nike, Bella and Canvas and much more. Please contact us to see if we have what you are looking for.

Yes, we offer a number of garments in youth sizes. Please contact us to see if we have what you are looking for.

Yes, we offer free standard on all standard APPAREL orders of $500. We are unable to offer free shipping on promo products.

Standard turnaround time for order completion is 10 business days. Our production times vary depending on time of year (summer is typically a lot busier) so please contact us for a firm turnaround time estimate. Delivery times will vary depending on whether the order is a local drop off/shipped order. Orders are always available for pickup as soon as they are completed!

If you are in the Greater Toronto/Hamilton Area you are welcome to stop by and pick up your order in person. Please be sure set this up as an appointment with one of our customer service representatives.

We determine pricing through a variety of variables, including: the number of colours on the design, the number of print locations on the garment as well as the garment being printed on. We also have a price match guarantee ensuring that you get the best quality garment for the best price.

No, we do not charge for set-up fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Cheques, Electronic – Transfers, PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and Cash. We cannot accept debit payments at this time.
